Shipping policy

Packages may be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size of the package and delivery address location. 

Damaged Packages - Please take pictures of damaged packages prior to opening them for proof of "damaged on delivery." If your product is damaged, please send me the pictures of both the unopened damaged package and the damaged item so I can get an replacement in the mail for you. 

Many of my items are custom or created when ordered. Please remember it takes time for paint and epoxy to dry/cure preventing damages in the mail.
